For chatting, we recommend a chatmail relay instead of a classic email provider.
If you run your own mail server, the most reliable way to make it
work with email clients is to publish an
autoconfig file
at
/.well-known/autoconfig/mail/config-v1.1.xml on your domain.
To set up a profile with a third-party classic email provider, you may need the "advanced settings" during profile creation. Please consult your provider for the required server settings.
Firemail
Needs preparation.
Firemail erlaubt nur bei bezahlten Accounts den vollen Zugriff auf das E-Mail-Protokoll (IMAP und SMTP).
Weiterhin schränkt Firemail leider die maximale Größe von Gruppen ein, selbst wenn Sie einen bezahlten Account verwenden. Je nach Bezahlmodell sind nur 5 bis 30 Gruppenmitglieder erlaubt.
Wenn Sie nicht für Firemail bezahlen und auch nicht bezahlen möchten, verwenden Sie bitte einen anderen E-Mail-Anbieter.
